Warm Coats for Cool Kids, Inc. was established by Garry and Debra Vaccaro in April 2021 as a public, charitable, nonprofit corporation. We were recently granted 501(c)(3) tax exempt status by the IRS. The mission of Warm Coats for Cool Kids, Inc. (Warm Coats) is to provide winter coats to children from families in need.
