Delanea is the Managing Partner at Solstice Strategy Partners, a self improvement center located in Tolland, CT. Delanea is a business-meets-personal development coach. Delanea draws from 18 years of experience in corporate strategy positions, and advanced training in business psychology and market research. She specializes in writing business plans, developing marketing strategies, and leading personal development workshops for small businesses.

Delanea’s consulting style is unique. She teaches clients how to take a more macro-view of running their business, incorporating the world outside (market trends) and the world inside (personal wellness needs) into decision making since both impact happiness and success. Delanea is also certified in hypnosis, a holistic wellness tool she uses with clients for stress relief and clarity in decision making.

Prior to forming Solstice, Delanea built and led the primary market research department at Travelers Insurance Company in Hartford, Connecticut. Delanea also held strategic research positions at PERT Survey Research, The Hartford, and Affinnova. Prior to consulting, she worked for the Connecticut General Assembly working in legislative affairs.
