Dennis Offner, Neighbor

Denny Offner is a retired Naval Officer and a writer. His career has taken him to venues throughout the Western United States, as well as to Europe and South Asia. Denny grew up on Spoede Road in Creve Coeur MO. He is the author of "The Intrepid Heart of Joe Oscar", (available September 22 on Amazon, which takes place in 1871 St. Louis and Wyoming Territory - Regions that played a pivotal role in the development of the Western United States from 1840 to 1880. The novel provides narrative of Creve Coeur and Spoede Road as they existed in 1871.
