The Gilb Museum of Arcadia Heritage was opened in 2001 and is named after its lead donors. It is maintained and operated by the City of Arcadia and houses artifacts, archives and artwork representative of local Arcadia and San Gabriel Valley history, art and culture. The Museum houses the City's artifacts and presents six individual interpretive exhibit spaces with both permanent and temporary rotating exhibits. The Museum presents educational family, children’s, senior and adult programming and events and specializes in school and scout programming.
