Make a commitment to meditate for 15 minutes every day from May 18 - June 1 with live, online guidance each day. Or use the daily recording to practice when it's best for you.
Do you have doubts or struggle to meditate consistently? &nbsp;Give yourself 15 minutes a day for a couple of weeks -- “test drive” this vehicle of awakening and ease.
"It's really up to me, making it a habit. Amy's guidance quells the inevitable doubts and imbues the session with meaning.“
Are you an experienced meditator? Maybe your practice is a bit stale. 15 for 15 is a way to strengthen your mindful skills while practicing with others.

<ul><li>15 live guided sessions covering a range of approaches to meditation.</li><li>Recordings available same day if you cannot join live. Use them to sit at whatever time is best for you. Recordings can be accessed until July 31.</li><li>A daily email message with inspiration and encouragement.</li><li>An Open Forum group session for Q&amp;A and discussion about how practice is going for you.</li></ul>
Fee: This program is offered on a sliding scale, for as little as a dollar a day.&nbsp;

Historic Summerseat will be hosting Speaker Extradoninare, Joel Farkas – (Ohio State Univ., US Army Officer, NPS Docent, LLI Rutgers, LLI Fairleigh Dickinson, NPS Challenge Award) for a day of knowledge with his two incredible lectures:
11AM – Remember the Ladies: Women in the Time of the American Revolution Lecture L-3 Women played critical roles during the Revolutionary War. Come learn what it was like to be a woman then-Attitudes towards women, health and medicine. What First Ladies Martha Washington, Abigail Adams, Martha Jefferson, and Dolly Madison contributed to our nation. What lessons were learned after the war.
2PM – The Declaration of Independence: America's Birth Certificate Lecture L-9 The Whole Story of The Declaration of Independence. The quest for personal rights took hundreds of years to accomplish-and culminated in the writings of our founding fathers, being ever perfected since that time, leading to the freedoms we have in our nation today.
