You are invited into a day of learning, listening, and returning to the wisdom already living within you. True learning often begins with unlearning-gently loosening our grip on old beliefs, inherited patterns, and familiar ways of moving through the world. When we create space within ourselves, we can meet life with a beginner’s mind: open, curious, and willing to see what we may not have seen before.Guided by Dr. Mindy Marqui, DC, RN, CDCES, and Alyce Marqui Kass, Holistic Wellness Practitioner, Certified Personal Trainer, and Songstress. This intimate workshop will weave science, nutritional wisdom, movement, music, sound, and the supportive presence of Nature. Together, we will explore ways to nourish the body, quiet the noise, and tap into greater harmony within.9:00 AM TO 3:00 PM
COST: $125 per person - Register soon! Workshop will be capped at 20 participants! Register below.eventbrite.com/e/the-school-of-unlearning-exploring-the-why-the-how-to-sustainable-health-tickets-1998440646771REGISTER:
