Doug MacFaddin, Neighbor

Doug MacFaddin is a veteran executive-level real estate professional. Currently, Doug is the director of the Meier Team at Corcoran Group. His experience and track-record of success have earned him the respect and admiration of those in his field.

In his current position, Doug oversees several aspects of the Meier Team's daily operations. Due to Doug's software background, he works extensively on devising meaningful and insightful software that assists in securing leads. Doug MacFaddin also handles several day-to-day operations for the team. Doug supervises market assessment, client calls, new business calls and things of that nature.

Although Doug has found tremendous success in real estate, he has also worked extensively in several other industries. Doug's earliest position was in the financial industry as an analyst for Salmon Brothers; showing his adept skill in finance, four years later, Doug became the vice president of Dean Witter Reynolds (now Morgan Stanley). After a few more positions in the financial field, Doug decided to enter an entirely new industry: software. Feeling the entrepreneurial spirit, Doug decided to found his own company, PhotoOne Software. The company specialized in creating a photo manipulation software exclusive to professional photographers. The company did so well that is was bought out by StudioPlus Software.

After his time as CEO of PhotoOne, Doug turned his sights to business development, taking on the position of consultant for DMW Consulting. Later, Doug figured he would mix two of his passions (business development and software) and become the director of business development at Pando Networks, a media company dealing exclusively with cloud computing and storage.

Doug MacFaddin is clearly an incredibly capable professional. His excellence in a variety of fields is a testament to his abilities. Doug hopes to continue his success and to hone his skills in real estate and any other industry opportunities that come his way.
