Every October, the Fairfield Audubon Society becomes one of Connecticut's most beautiful locations for family portraits. Brilliant fall foliage, peaceful trails, golden light, and rustic boardwalks create the perfect backdrop for authentic family memories.
After photographing families throughout Fairfield County for more than 35 years, I continue returning to the Audubon because it never feels like a traditional photo session. Families laugh, explore, chase colorful leaves, and simply enjoy being together. Those genuine interactions create natural smiles and timeless photographs.

Neutral and earth-tone colors such as cream, olive, rust, burgundy, camel, navy, and forest green photograph beautifully against Connecticut's vibrant fall foliage. Coordinating colors work better than matching outfits and help create timeless portraits.

How long is the session? 15–20 minutes.
How many images are included? 12 professionally edited digital images selected from a gallery of 30+ photographs.
Can grandparents join? Absolutely! Multi-generational family portraits are always welcome.
