Elaine Thompson, Neighbor

I moved to Carmichael in January 2007 and love the community after living 24 years in Fair Oaks.  I am an active member of the Carmichael Elks Lodge helping where I can for the many community projects the Elks support.  I have three daughters and three granddaughters all residing in the Sacramento area.  In my free time, I love to travel with my RV Club to various locations in Northern California, work on my favorite Greek recipes and techniques to someday have published, and am known as the Greek Gourmet to family and friends. For me cooking is not only a passion but a way to relax and I love to put on parties for 5 or 50 or even more!   Now that I am retired, gardening will fill more of my dance card.
