Elect Alicia Weintraub, Neighbor

Alicia Weintraub has extensive experience working with local governments. She has spent over 10 years working for cities that include Calabasas, Burbank and Culver City. Alicia is a mother with two young children and represents a new choice for the future of Calabasas. Alicia’s focus on innovation, leadership, and fiscal responsibility makes her an excellent choice for Calabasas City Council. She is currently the Chair of the LVUSD Measure G Bond Oversight Committee, Vice Chair of the Calabasas Planning Commission, a board member for The Foundation for Las Virgenes Schools, a board member at Bay Laurel Elementary, and the Neighborhood Watch Coordinator for Braewood community. In the past Alicia has served on the Calabasas Environmental Commission, Co-Chair of the Environmental Commission’s ad hoc committee for coyote education, and the Calabasas Bicycle advisory committee. In addition, she has been a guest speaker at Pepperdine University’s School of Public policy and is a volunteer Coordinator for the Special Olympics. She is running for the Calabasas City Council with the goal of making the community an even better place to live---now and in the future.
