Elise Spleiss, Neighbor

I live in Citrus Heights.  I have been here since 2004 from Santa Clara County, originally from San Francisco.  I'm active at Messiah Lutheran Church, GFWC Women's clubs, American Legion Auxiliary and Toastmasters.  My passions are writing, Women's History and doing what I can to help our city's Veteran's get the appreciation they have earned!
