After a near death experience and the trauma of a life-altering car crash, I was unexpectedly called back to my life purpose of serving in the healing arts. While my body healed from a broken neck and damage to my spinal cord, I felt compelled to search for answers about the very reason for my existence, the purpose of my survival, and what I was meant to do with the incredible second chance I had been given.

Grateful for the skilled care I received through traditional medicine, I needed to reach beyond conventional therapies to heal my spirit. I connected with an extraordinary therapist and holistic healer and discovered the wonderful gift reclaiming my body, mind and spirit. In the process, I found within myself the answers I sought, along with the resilience and determination to live my authentic life.

I created Healing in Balance to support others so they, too, can move from surviving to thriving. Restorative therapies include reflexology, energy healing, aromatherapy and health coaching with a comprehensive focus on how the body, mind and spirit interact to impact our health.
