Empty Hand Zen Center, Neighbor

Sitting zazen and walking meditation, chanting and Dharma talks are some of the activities at Empty Hand Zen Center. We are a center in the Soto Zen Buddhist tradition, and we also offer classes, workshops, and volunteer opportunities. We are led by Guiding Teacher Konin Cardenas who began Zen practice 29 years ago, and who was ordained in Japan and the US. Myozan Dennis Keegan is also a Teacher here.
