Mission

Our mission at En Pointe Australian Calisthenics is to encourage the physical development of both fine and gross motor skills, co-ordination, flexibility, self-discipline, and team-spirit, while developing an appreciation of music and rhythm, the beauty of dance and the excitement of performing.

About

En Pointe Australian Calisthenics Academy was established in 2014 and is the first of its kind to offer Australian Calisthenics not only in the Northern Virginia area but the entire United States. Classes are starting April 27th, 2015 at Workhouse Arts Center- Art of Movement Bldg 11.
