ERfC, a 501(c)3 nonprofit, provides Out-of-School Time Programs in partnership with the Town of Enfield and Enfield Public Schools.

Our Mission

ERfC teams with kids, the community, schools and families to grow resilient kids. Since 1994, through innovative community collaborations, ERfC has helped Enfield kids learn, reach their goals, and contribute to their communities.

ERfC before and after school programs are founded on evidence-based models. Our School Age Centers provide high quality out-of-school time (OST) programs in four Enfield elementary schools and the town’s only middle school. Research has shown that high-quality OST programs, those that meet state standards for academics, employ qualified staff, and implement data driven program assessments – have strong positive effects on the academic, social, and emotional development of the students they serve. Our programs are

implemented with commitment to this model and are crafted to meet the specific needs of the Enfield children and families we serve.
