I have been involved with sports/fitness my entire life.  My passions include running/working out, sand volleyball, spending time with my family and traveling.  The most enjoyable part of my job is watching the transformation of my patients/clients from beginning to end!

Watching my daughter grow up has been the single most rewarding thing in my life.  Now, with a second one on the way my rewards are going to double (or maybe just the amount of diapers I get to change)!
