Eric Slepak joined Resolution Systems Institute (RSI) in July 2015 as Resource Center Director. In this role, he gathers, writes, publishes and promotes information on RSI’s key online resources: RSI’s Court ADR Resource Center, CourtADR.org; RSI’s award-winning Just Court ADR blog; and RSI’s monthly e-newsletter, Court ADR Connection. He also responds to inquiries concerning court ADR from across the country.

Mr. Slepak holds a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Slepak served as Executive Editor of the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution, where he developed a passion for alternative dispute resolution, and published his Note, No Longer Left to Their Own Devices: Utilizing and Facilitating to Give Students Access to Assistive Technology. He was further able to explore ADR, as well as many other aspects of the legal field, through his work as a disability rights advocate in both New York and Chicago. Prior to law school, Mr. Slepak received a B.A. from Northwestern University and worked in digital marketing.

In this role, Mr. Slepak hopes to utilize his diverse skillset to promote RSI’s mission of improving outcomes and achieving fairness through ADR.
