The Feral Cat Coalition of Oregon (FCCO) is the state's leading spay/neuter program for feral, stray, and barn cats. As the leading feral cat spay/neuter program in our state, and one of the largest in the nation, we are able to provide a level of care beyond anything else available in our community.

FCCO's services are donation-based we recommend a donation of $50 per cat but no caregiver or cat is ever turned away for being unable to contribute. Since our founding in 1995, through the kindness of caregivers and the generosity of donors, FCCO has helped more than 130,000 cats.
