The Foundry Fitness Center is the home of Crossfit Ossining, CrossFit Kids and a variety of other group fitness classes. We believe that group fitness is the best way to stay motivated and achieve your fitness goals, and work hard to create workouts and a community that will push you to meet and exceed those goals. In addition, we offer the Foundry Seminar Series - regular seminars on a variety of health and wellness topics that will help increase your knowledge about how to stay fit and healthy.
