About the Presenter
Josh, the founder of Red Hill Birding, grew up birding in the Chicago suburbs. After studying in Ecuador, he guided for an international tour company there before spending four years as a full-time guide in South Africa, leading trips across Southern Africa, Madagascar, and Asia. He has also worked as a Field Museum ornithologist, served on the Illinois Ornithological Society board, and helped lead the Illinois Young Birders.
