The event is free and open to the public.&nbsp;Guests will be invited to visit a variety of expert-led tables on the patio, participate in interactive activities, ask questions and learn more about healthy living and cardiopulmonary wellness.

Featured activities and stations will include:

 <li>Cardio Drumming – Get moving with an energetic, interactive drumming activity.</li>
 <li>Tai Chi – Experience gentle movement and balance-focused exercise.</li>
 <li>Chair Aerobics – Participate in accessible seated exercise.</li>
 <li>Hydration Station – Learn about the importance of staying hydrated while enjoying a refreshing stop along the way.</li>
 <li>Harmonica Station – Explore breathing and music through a fun, interactive harmonica activity.</li>
 <li>Education Station – Meet with specialty staff and get health and wellness questions answered.</li>

Lynbrook Restorative Therapy & Nursing Hosts Community Health "Boot Camp on September 24

The Long Beach Latino Civic Association (LBLCA), in partnership with the City of Long Beach, invites the community to celebrate the start of Hispanic Heritage Month at the annual Hispanic Heritage Month Kite Flying Festival on Sunday, September 27, from 2-5pm in Long Beach. There will also be a beach cleanup from 2-3pm. 
 Join the Long Beach Latino Civic Association and City of Long Beach for a free, family-friendly celebration featuring kite flying, live entertainment, cultural performances, and a community beach cleanup. This inclusive event brings together residents of all backgrounds to enjoy local vendors and family activities along the beach.
