I am a<b> </b>registered and licensed dietitian with more than 15 years experience working in the in-patient, out-patient, community and long term care fields.  I believe variety and moderation is a sensible approach to healthy eating.   I’m active with the Capital Area Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the Illinois Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and provide nutrition consultation for companies including The Coca-Cola Company.   I graduated from Illinois State University in 1999 with my Master’s degree in Foods and Nutrition, emphasis on Dietetics.
