The Adult ESOL ( English for Speakers of Other Languages) Program based at Montgomery College, provides basic English language and life skills, adult literacy and GED ® Test preparation instruction to Montgomery County residents, MD. Levels begin with basic literacy through advanced. Beginning and intermediate levels are tuition free. Students take a placement test to find the best class for them.
