Born in NY; moved to California in 1974. Married with two children and three grandchildren. Degrees in Aeronautical Engineering from RPI and Mechanical Engineering from Berkeley. Retired software engineer, now working on vol. 3 of a science fiction trilogy about the colonization of a planet around the star Tau Ceti.
