Urban Grace: The Downtown Church

The Sound Gathering is a monthly sound bath experience hosted by Ebon Flow Energy Works, LLC. Each session moves you out of your head and into your body, guiding you into a sound container with the resonant tones of Himalayan, crystal, and alchemy singing bowls and leading you into deep rest and restoration.
Sound has always been one of the most direct paths to stillness. When we stop trying to relax and let the vibrations do their work, our bodies relax on their own.
Every gathering is different because it is shaped by the energy in the room, the bowls being played, and where people are when they walk through the door. What stays the same is the intention to create a space where we can slow down, breathe, and come back to ourselves.
What to expect: Come comfortable. Sessions include a short meditation, a full sound immersion, and then a few moments of silence to sit in stillness. You're welcome to lie down, sit, or do whatever helps you receive. Participants who book in advance online will receive a camping air mat, blanket, and small bolster.
Who it's for: Anyone who needs a reset. Whether you're new to sound healing or a regular, you are welcome at The Sound Gathering.
All participants will be supplied with a camping air pad, small bolster, blanket, and eye pillow for the duration of the session.$35 and RSVP required as we only have a certain number of spots.
