I am a 47 yr old father and reside in Dundalk, MD. I have lived between Baltimore City and Baltimore County my entire life.

I have been living with bipolar disorder for 20 years now. It is tough at times, but it's the cards I was dealt to play. Over the years I have learned a lot about the ups and downs that bipolar disorder will put you through.

I enjoy writing about the mood disorder bipolar, as I want to educate people about it. I am hoping my knowledge and experiences with bipolar will help others deal with the disorder.
