Hey my name is Sarah and I'm the owner of Superstar Fitness L.L.C. I am a certified personal trainer and swim coach. I was born with hip dysplasia and have had 7 total hip surgeries. My training focuses on quality of movement which is key to maximum results. I am currently training to qualify for the 2020 Olympic trials in swimming.
