The Los Angeles Korean Festival Foundation is one of the city’s leading advocates for Korean culture and tradition. Throughout the year, the foundation works to create an inclusive festival that celebrates Korean heritage while bringing together the many communities that call Los Angeles home.
From October 1–4, 2026, the foundation will host the annual Los Angeles Korean Festival at Seoul International Park in the heart of Koreatown. This four-day celebration will feature Korean food, games, music, dance performances, gifts, and cultural experiences for the whole family.
Music Hollywood Fashion Online Magazine will be there to cover the event, along with DJ Fire Hawk, IME iRadio, and the JB&amp;I Show podcast. We’re excited to experience the festival, meet members of the community, and share the celebration with our audience.
Admission is free, but you’ll want to bring some money for all the delicious food, gifts, and other festival finds. Trust us—you’re going to be tempted.

Even after years of good symptom control, Parkinson’s disease can take unexpected turns. This program explores the “mid-stride” changes that happen and offers strategies to manage them. Learn about treatment options, when to adjust your care team, and how to stay independent and supported as your needs change.

California Solar Contract Exit Options For Homeowners
CALIFORNIA &mdash; Searching for how to get out of a solar contract in California? Perhaps the promised savings never appeared, your solar loan payment increased, the installer left the system unfinished, or a buyer will not assume the agreement when you sell your home. The first step is to identify what you signed: a solar installation contract, a loan, a lease, or a power purchase agreement (PPA). You may have more than one contract, and each can require a different response.

Can I cancel a solar contract after signing in California? California&rsquo;s Solar Consumer Protection Guide describes a cancellation period of at least three business days for covered solar installation contracts, or five business days if you are 65 or older. Exceptions and different rules may apply. Find your signed, dated contract and cancellation notice immediately. If you are within a possible deadline, follow the notice instructions and keep proof of when and how you sent it. <a href="https://www.cpuc.ca.gov/solarguide/" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">Review California&rsquo;s Solar Consumer Protection Guide</a>.
How do I get out of a solar lease or PPA in California? Check the buyout amount, early termination terms, annual price increases, equipment removal provisions, and transfer rules. If you were told the agreement would be easy to cancel or transfer, preserve the proposal, advertisements, emails, and text messages. A dispute involving misleading promises may call for a different approach than paying the contract&rsquo;s stated buyout.
Stuck with a solar loan? Compare the cash price, amount financed, dealer fees, interest rate, and any payment change tied to a projected tax credit. If the installer went out of business, the panels were never activated, or the work is incomplete, photograph the system and gather your permit records, utility correspondence, payment history, and messages with the installer and lender. Canceling an installation agreement does not necessarily resolve a separate financing agreement.
What happens if I stop paying? Stopping payments does not automatically end a solar contract. It could lead to collections, credit reporting, or a lawsuit. Have the documents and any claimed installation or sales problems reviewed before deciding how to respond.
