A resident of the Temple Terrace area for a number of years, I've spent much of the last 17 years working locally in Career Services and Staffing.

By learning what employers looked for, I was able to provide such information to job searchers: as a consultant, in online posts and in training.

Topics have included Resume Writing, Job Search Skills, Interview Skills, Cover Letters - among many others.

My hope is to blog regularly regarding job search tips so that people can be more empowered to find success in a challenging economy.

The challenge is there, but the good news is that most of the skills needed to improve marketability are not complicated. They are just new to some folks.
