Gino Terrell, Neighbor

Gino Terrell, graduate of Maple Grove Senior High (2012), is a junior at Hamline University in St. Paul studying communication. He is the sports editor for the school’s weekly tabloid, The Oracle, and was honored at the 2014 ACP Best of Midwest College Newspaper Convention for his sports writing. Terrell is a commuter student as he still resided from Maple Grove. He's an alumnus of the ThreeSixty Journalism program. He's also one of two recipients of the 2014 Minnesota Society of Professional Journalists Student Scholarship. In his spare time he freelances for MinnPost and Twin Cities Daily Planet when he's not working as a digital media specialist for the Hamline School of Business.
