Hand Puppet, Neighbor

 Hand Puppet is an energetic power-trio that was founded in South Jersey. This group is willing to play almost anything, whether it be a cover or even one of their very own songs. Having a die-hard Alternative singer, Funk-loving bassist, and Indie-addicted drummer, each member brings their own different style to the group. Every note that gets played together blends into their own Alternative-Rock sound. Plus, each member of this band plays multiple instruments so they are able to switch instruments for one song, and play another the next.<br> The name, Hand Puppet was inspired when Alex Speegle, the drummer, wore a puppet on his hand to practice. However, this puppet wasn&#39;t ordinary; it was a ring that held two eyes and created the illusion that his hand could be a person. After he played around with it a bit, the whole band miraculously had the same idea of naming the group after the puppet. They also adopted the idea of using these puppets to become their logo and mascot. Now, whenever the group preforms, they usually wear their &#34;eyes&#34; and showcase their &#34;little buddies&#34;.<br> This band is not only very serious about making music, but always having fun while playing it. They have many covers that were inspired by their influences on music, and many original songs that were composed off of their own musical egos.
