Heather Eddy’s primary passion is helping nonprofits achieve excellence through building strong, capable, and diverse leadership teams. In her 25-year career, Heather has partnered with nonprofit Boards on over 200 executive searches for top leadership, primarily CEO/ED/President roles. She is often called when the Board seeks to diversify and reenergize a leadership team through the next leader. She previously served for 17 years in multiple leadership roles with The Alford Group before co-founding KEES in 2013. As a frequent speaker, she increasingly contributes knowledge to the nonprofit sector in the areas of strategic philanthropy, executive succession planning, and engagement of boards/governing bodies. She leads most of the firm’s searches for CEO/ED level roles and specializes in working with organizations in some state of Board or Staff transition.
