Heather Forrest Gagnon is a hospitality and events professional with more than a decade of experience leading luxury events, private club operations, and member-focused sales initiatives throughout New England. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Business Management from Southern New Hampshire University and is known for her relationship-driven approach and operational expertise. She has built a career centered on delivering elevated guest experiences while driving revenue growth and team success.

In addition to her private club and hospitality leadership experience, Heather is the Owner of a full-service wedding planning company specializing in luxury celebrations throughout New England. Her work has also been featured through collaborations with Bravo TV for events associated with The Real Housewives of New York. When Heather is not at work she can be found enjoying time with her husband, Evan, and young daughter, Evelyn.

As she steps into her next chapter as the Founding General Manager at The Hidden Parlor, Heather is excited to bring her expertise in hospitality leadership, operations, sales strategy, and member experience to help shape and grow a dynamic new club community. She is passionate about building strong teams, creating exceptional guest experiences, and establishing a culture that reflects excellence, connection, and elevated service from the ground up.
