Love Life: Do What's Right!, Neighbor

My name is Kate Hollis and I am a senior at Hopedale High School. I am participating in an external internship through school at Community Impact in Milford. Within my internship, my mentor Amy Leone gave me the chance to start my own project, and take full responsibility for it.

My project is called Love Life: Do What's Right and it's goal is to raise awareness of underage drinking and substance abuse. Statistics have shown that throughout high school, the percentage of teenagers participating in such events, has increased majorly over the past few years. The problem is growing rapidly, and we hope to raise awareness among teenagers so they know the effects of the decisions.
