City of Baltimore: "No Angel Doubt" Charm City Native Reese Leads her ATL Dream to WNBA FinalsOctober 10, 2026 - The "Charm'tastic Mile" of Baltimore (CTMB-1.3) www.thecharmtasticmile.com. The chic & famed 1.3 mile corridor located in the heart of Charm City (Est.1975) that connects Dwtn-West, the Inner Harbor & Harbor East (S. Greene & W. Pratt Street to S. President & Fleet Street) that is now listed on Google search as one of the Top 10-15 Most Famous Streets in America is reporting its Sports'tastic Saturday in B'more. The Baltimore Ravens (3-1) are in Atlanta to face the Falcons (2-2) on Sunday Night Football (SNF) www.nbcsports.com. They roll their Best NFL www.nfl.com Team Slogan "No Purple Doubt" into Mercedes Benz Stadium for Primetime action. The Ravens will be without their star QB Lamar Jackson who is sidelined with an ankle injury he suffered late in the 2nd quarter last-week vs the Tennessee Titans. They were able to get the 'W' 24-16 after leading at halftime 24-7. The "Charm'tastic Mile" is lending the Jay-Z like fan-based moniker of the Ravens to Angel Reese, "No Angel Doubt" in her quest to win the '26 WNBA www.wnba.com Finals. Angel and her Dream teammates defeated the New York Liberty last-night 85-83. The Dream completed a 3-game sweep of New York, the game was played at the Barclays Center. Reese led the Dream in the close-out game with 22 points, 9 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 blocks. Angel played 37 (40) minutes. Here in Charm City we have "No Angel Doubt" that Reese will win her 1st WNBA Championship. She's the 2026 WNBA Defensive Player of the Year. What's the old saying, "Defense Wins Championships". The Dream will face the Golden State Valkyries in the WNBA Finals that tip-off next Saturday October 17th. Atlanta is making their 1st WNBA Finals appearance since 2013. The Minnesota Lynk swept the Dream 3-0. The Valkyries in only their 2nd year as an expansion team swept A'ja Wilson and her Las Vegas Aces 3-0. Vegas playing at home last-night lost 87-77, they were out-scored 16-6 in overtime. Golden State made WNBA history becoming the quickest team to reach The Finals in their 2nd season. Wilson also made history earlier this week winning her 5th WNBA MVP Award. The Aces were the 2025 WNBA Champs. One-year ago today (10-10-25) Las Vegas swept the Phoenix Mercury 4-0 to win the title for the 3rd time (2022 & 23) in four years. "No Purple Doubt" has its own signature hype-anthem that has a Jay-Z/Rihanna, Run This Town vibe to it https://youtu.be/IRkYgEF0caA?is=KPkMSqLp6CiHRLbi.
