Seattle Sound Live, Neighbor

Seattle Sound Live was founded in May of 2013 by a retired US Army Veteran Christian Hamilton. The initial goal behind launching Seattle Sound Live was to bring an inspired brand of custom photography to the thriving Seattle music scene. As a member of the Professional Photographers of America and a Gold member of Canon Professional Services, Christian felt his brand of photography could make an immediate impact on the local music scene. With all that said, Seattle Sound Live was originally photography only.

Starting in smaller, popular bars and clubs, Seattle Sound Live quickly grew in popularity and sometime in June, 2013 the business model was modified to include live show reviews. The initial Regional Shows: included the likes of:

The Failsafe Project, Nixon Rodeo, Amadon, Jason Kertson, Cody Beebe and the Crooks, Rane Stone, Moms Rocket, SweetKiss Momma, Mechanism, The Mothership and The Approach.

It wasn’t until Seattle Sound Live was approved for coverage of the 2013 Rockstar Mayhem Festival that things began morphing into what it is today. To date, Seattle Sound Live has covered Vans Warped Tour 2014, Pain in the Grass 2013/2014, Carnival of Madness 2013, Mayhem Festival 2013/2014 and Uproar Fest 2013/2014 to name a few.

The rest is history as we skyrocketed into one of the most popular music media outlets in the greater Seattle area and have added the likes of Rob Zombie, Buckcherry, Sevendust, Godsmack, Korn, Asking Alexandria, Yellowcard, Bowling for Soup, The Devil Wears Prada, Imagine Dragons, Styx, Dustin Lynch, Thompson Square, Jarrod Neimann, Pearl Jam, Avenged Sevenfold, Alice in Chains, Janes Addiction, Shinedown, Skillet, HIM, VOLBEAT, Danko Jones, Less Than Jake, Anti Flag, Motionless in White, In This Moment, Machinehead, Hank3 and Blake Shelton to our resume.
