Join us for a presentation and discussion on the film industry in Western Queens and New Y ork State, focusing on its role as a key economic driver in our neighborhood and providing up-to-date information for residents and stakeholders.
Featured speakers include Adam Gordon of Wildflower Studios, Catherine Nasch of United Scenic Artists, and Josh Levin of the Motion Picture Association, who will share insights on industry trends, jobs, and investment in our area.
We will also hear updates from Layla Musawwir of NYC Ferry and Victor Prado of the Queens Economic Development Corporation, highlighting transportation and economic development initiatives that support Western Queens.
The event will be streamed live on YouTube and Facebook. Viewers can ask questions in real time via Facebook chat and be part of the conversation.

Fine Jewelry includes 14k and 18k gold necklaces, bracelets, rings, brooches, cufflinks, diamond and gemstone jewelry, cultured pearl pieces, Russian Orthodox crosses, Tiffany &amp; Co. jewelry, Chopard accessories, and designer gold and gemstone examples. 
 
Sterling Silver includes a Gorham "Strasbourg" sterling silver tea and coffee service, Tiffany &amp; Co. sterling, Russian silver, English sterling, continental silver boxes, vanity accessories, serving pieces, and decorative silver objects. Also includes gold and silver bullion coins and commemoratives. 
 
Asian offerings include Japanese and Chinese cloisonné, Satsuma, Shibayama, silver, mixed metal, and porcelain works. Featured lots include Yabu Meizan Japanese Satsuma pottery, Kinkozan Satsuma charger, Ogasawara Shuzo ginbari cloisonné, and additional examples by Kumeno Teitaro, Hayashi Kodenji, Ando, Takeuchi Chubei , Yoshihide, Lao Tian Li, Fang Jiu Xia Chinese silver cup set, and additional Japanese cloisonné vases, censers, jars, and commemorative pieces. 
 
Fine Art includes works by Humbert Howard, Walter Launt Palmer, Benton Spruance, Daniel E. Greene, Marian Parkhurst Sloane, Christopher G. Willett, Carl Dennis Laughlin, David Tinsley, William Bowie, and Scott Woolever, along with additional paintings, prints, and sculpture.
