Community Libraries of Providence (formerly Providence Community Library) is a network of nine neighborhood libraries. We have no central library or branches. We are a community of libraries serving the neighborhoods of Providence. We are the largest library system in Rhode Island and a member of the statewide Ocean State Libraries network. Our three larger libraries, Rochambeau on the East Side, Mount Pleasant on the West Side and Knight Memorial Library on the South Side, provide services to larger areas of Providence, while Fox Point, Smith Hill, Washington Park, South Providence, Olneyville and Wanskuck focus on their immediate neighborhoods.
