Growing up I ALWAYS found myself  seated at our dinner table at days end.  Saturday's dinner was at a nice restaurant and Sunday brought my family, grandparents and all, to my parent's home for a meal.  Of course, as a child I had no idea that time and space was so amazing!  Nor did I know how hard I would work to re create this in my own home.

Full time mom of 4, busy, crazy ever changing schedule with varying personalities, food likes and dislikes, I can say that 18 years in it is still evolving and dinner, really all meals, are a constant creative challenge that when expectation is set aside and expectancy allowed, when I set some guidelines and we let our meals tumble into who we are as a family, I am always, ALWAYS happy we have found the time to eat together.

Exploring the possibilities to create the opportunities for family meal time in your home more times than not! This is all about what happens at the table and while getting your kids all the places they need to be and what that will mean to them and their lives to come, that you get them to the most important place of all, your family table!
