Middletown Rotary's 4th Annual Community Coat Drive – Nov 1 through Dec 1
The Middletown Rotary Club is collecting new and gently used winter coats for children and adults in need throughout Newport County. Donations of hats, gloves, mittens, and scarves are also welcome.
Coats will benefit local organizations including Lucy's Hearth, the Salvation Army, Newport Mental Health, MLK Community Center, and Island Oasis Pantry, as well as individuals experiencing homelessness.
Collection boxes are located at the Newport County YMCA, Middletown Public Library, Middletown Town Hall, Wickford Appliance, Eye Care for Rhode Island, and BankNewport branches in Middletown and Newport.
Help us keep our neighbors warm this winter! Every coat makes a difference.
