Jared Ranere, Patch Staff

As Director of Consumer Product for Patch, Jared continues a life of helping great people tell great stories.

Jared joined Patch when they acquired Outside.in, where he was the VP of Partner Relations. At Outside.in, Jared connected thousands of bloggers to hundreds of mainstream media publishers, bringing hyperlocal news and information to millions of consumers across the country.

In a previous life, Jared was a theater artist who worked at a variety of theaters including Steppenwolf, Northlight, The Paper Mill Playhouse, and The St. Louis Muny, America's oldest and largest outdoor theater, where he was the Associate Producer.

Having graduated from The University of Chicago with a degree in Comparative Literature, Jared's always on the hunt for opportunities to read and speak Romance languages.
