Hello,

My name is Jarek Martinez, Co-editor for the Joliet Juior College Newsaper, The Blazer, as well as a freelance journalist/reporter for the Plainfield and Joliet Area. Most of my work in reviews, features, news, and other stories are located at the Blazer newspaper website, It will likely be updated based on the newer changes we plan to implement for the Fall of 2016. I take interest in both the community and the crime within my area, and enjoy investigating and reporting on whatever is important for the people to lean and understand about. I have about 3 to 4 in Journalism experience, and hope to transfer to Depaul University for the Fall semester of 2017.
