Come join us for a delicious afternoon at our 2nd Annual BEAST&nbsp;OF&nbsp;THE FEAST Food Truck Fest at Oswego East High School.&nbsp; Our community service organization, Key Club International,&nbsp; is hosting 6 amazing food trucks: Serna's Grill &amp; Monster Gyros, Freddie's Off the Chain Mexican Cuisine, Billy Bricks Wood Fired Pizza, Jamaica One Love Kitchen, Pancho's Frutas y Yogurts, and Cold on the Go! - Specialty Coffees and Refreshers.&nbsp; Make sure you vote for your favorite food truck and help them win the coveted 2026 Beast of the Feast Trophy.&nbsp; All proceeds will be used for future community service projects to support those in need.

Free of charge, county residents can drop off nearly all kinds of unwanted electronics (such as televisions and computers) and household hazardous wastes (such as paints, automotive fluids, and lawn chemicals) for recycling and safe disposal.The event takes place in Plainfield from 8 AM to 2 PM. Mother’s
Day weekend is the perfect time to attend the first ever Junk in the
Trunk Morris Flea Mart
in Mazon. On Saturday May 9th, Finders Flea Mart,
503 Grundy Street in Mazon
will host Junk in the
Trunk Morris from 9AM
until 4PM. Select items
outdoors from our independent vendors, then go inside the barn to
continue the treasure hunt. When inside don’t miss the freshly
prepared food at Mama K’s Grill with breakfast served from 9AM
until 10:30 AM, and lunch available until 4PM. Both dine in and carry
out options are available. Vendor
opportunities are available as well.
If you would like to setup and sell in Mazon on
Saturday May 9th, simply
arrive at 8AM, pay the $15 vendor fee and take an available spot. New
vendors are welcome, and advance vendor reservations are not needed
nor taken. For additional information and full vendor rules visit
