Free Training Day Mid-Atlantic (FTDMA) returns on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at Chichester High School for its fourth annual gathering of martial artists from across Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, Maryland, and beyond.
Hosted by whistlekick, this free martial arts event brings together practitioners, instructors, students, and enthusiasts from a wide variety of styles and backgrounds for a full day of training, education, and community-building. Participants will have the opportunity to learn from multiple instructors, experience different martial arts perspectives, and connect with fellow martial artists who share a passion for personal growth and lifelong learning.
Whether you're a beginner taking your first steps in martial arts, a seasoned black belt, an instructor, or simply someone interested in the martial arts community, Free Training Day Mid-Atlantic offers a welcoming environment where everyone can learn, grow, and build lasting connections.
More than just a training event, FTDMA is built on the belief that martial arts are stronger when we come together. The event's mission is to remove barriers, encourage collaboration, and create opportunities for practitioners of all ages, ranks, and styles to share knowledge and support one another.
