My daughter and I moved to Brooklyn last year and we are thrilled to be back in NYC. I grew up here my whole life but went to college in California where my daughter was also born. I've been working with children since I was a teenager myself. I'm a certified yoga instructor and I focus my practice on infants and toddlers, alleviating colic, encouraging early body awareness, and developing their core strength so they can learn to crawl and walk with greater ease.
