Verve 55+ at the Suffolk Y JCC invites adults ages 55 and over to join its monthly Line Dancing series, a fun and social way to stay active while enjoying great music and movement. Each session is led by professional line dance instructor Sherry Palencia and is designed for all experience levels. Participants will have time to mingle and enjoy refreshments before and after dancing, making this both a fitness and social experience. Singles are encouraged to arrive early for a meet-and-mingle before the class begins. The program takes place at the Suffolk Y JCC, 74 Hauppauge Road, Commack.
Dates: Every 3rd Thursday of the month: January 15, February 19, March 19, April 16, May 14, and June 18, 2026
Time: 7:00 – 8:30 PM (Singles meet &amp; mingle begins at 6:30 PM)

This heart-warming production celebrates inclusion, community, and the joy of the performing arts, while honoring Community Impact Award Recipient Raymond Samson, President and Founder of Challenger Athletics, Inc., in recognition of his profound impact in the special needs community.
