Jill Chasse, Neighbor

I am a dedicated public health practitioner and health scientist/epidemiologist with strengths in global maternal-child heath and disease prevention and control. My focus as a doctor of public health (DrPH) is on preventing, promoting and protecting the health of the public through health literacy, medical research, and program development. I have over a decade of experience in reproductive health, Infectious Disease research and education, behavioral science and both field and managerial epidemiology.

I am a solution-oriented, high-energy, business-savvy individual. My passion is designing, developing, implementing and managing public health programs. I have over 15 years of experience in federal contracting and program management, health literacy and outreach, with outstanding references and a wonderful drive of enthusiasm and professionalism. I am well versed in management theory and the practical skills involved in planning and delivering health services, managing budgets and evaluating the effectiveness of programs. With skills and education in management, clinical care and mental health I am uniquely qualified for the multitasking balance of both health science and program management.
