GLP-1, Cravings & Metabolism: What You Should Know

You hear about GLP-1 everywhere. But what does it actually do in your body? And how do nutrition, gut health, and daily habits fit into the picture?

Join us at Recoupia Spa for an engaging morning with clinical nutritionist Cheri Soraparu, MS, CCN, and our wellness team. Explore the science behind appetite and metabolism, discover practical nutrition strategies, and find out what personalized support can look like —without the hype.
If you’ve been navigating cravings, changing energy levels, digestive concerns, or frustration with your weight, this is a chance to ask questions and explore what a more supported approach could look like.

What to expect

What will you discover?

This isn't another conversation about quick fixes. We'll explore what's happening inside your body and what you can do to support your wellness goals.
01 · GLP-1 explained, without the confusion
Understand what GLP-1 is, how it influences appetite and fullness, and how your body's natural GLP-1 response differs from prescription GLP-1 medications.
02 · Why cravings, energy, and metabolism can feel out of balance
Explore the connections between nutrition, digestive health, appetite regulation, and everyday habits.
03 · Nutrition strategies you can actually use
Learn how food choices, meal composition, and sustainable routines can support fullness, metabolic health, and overall well-being.
04 · A more personalized approach to wellness
Discover Nature's GLP-1, Recoupia's 12-week nutrition and wellness program, and how personalized guidance and restorative studio experiences can complement one another.
Enjoy refreshments, meet the team, and bring the questions you’ve been wanting to ask.

Explore your body Beyond the Scale

Complimentary Fit3D Body Scan
We'll be offering optional Fit3D body scans during the event. This technology captures a 3D view of your body and provides measurements that can be used as a starting point for tracking changes over time.
Interested in trying it? Wear close-fitting clothing, such as leggings and a fitted top, or bring a change of clothes.
Scans are complimentary and subject to availability during the event.
