<li>Temporary staffing &mdash; 50-85% markup, based on skill level and assignment length. Covers payroll, payroll taxes, benefits, and workers' comp.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Direct hire &mdash; 20-30% of annual salary. Includes screening, background checks, skills assessments, and a dedicated recruiter start to finish. Volume discounts available, and our 20% rate is reserved for non-profit clients.</li><li> No surprises at invoice time. The quote you get before signing is the number you pay.
