Joann is co-Founder and CEO of oBOXx, LLC.  Joann and her business partner, Marie Tartaglio, created a 5 step process to help people achieve success using their 2x Formula.  As an HR learning and development professional in a global pharmaceutical company for over a decade, Joann held a pivotal role in the design and implementation of the Business Skills curriculum.  In addition to working with key learning strategists and consultants, Joann&#39;s experience includes designing corporate communications, editing and web content management.

Joann is the mother of two children and a grandmother.  She lives in West Chester with her husband, Gary, and enjoys reading self-help books, traveling and cooking.
